Step 5: Build Co-ordination
Designed to Build is a process which can take you from the first site survey to the last finishing touch, all with one dedicated team.
We will progress your project one step at a time with no obligation to proceed to the next step. You can select how far through the process we advance together.
Tender & Review
We will tender your contract pack to a minimum of three contractors. All received tenders are checked and compared to ensure all required items of inclusion have been priced accordingly.
Fixed Build Quotation
You will receive a fixed quotation from your chosen builder / contractor. All inclusions and exclusions should be itemised and outlined ready for written contracts to be formed.
Build Contracts
Your build contract will protect you and your money throughout the build. We will write and prepare the contract that will be agreed & signed by both parties.
Site Inspections
We will be conducting site inspections throughout the build to ensure that progression stages and quality standards are being met. We will also control and advise on client requirements, planning stipulations and design detail.
Dispute Settlement
Although partnered with a build team, your CKA build co-ordinator will be impartial and work with you to resolve any disputes & variations within the contract.
On Site Design
If anything unknown occurs on site, we can quickly detail this and engage with the relevant consultants to get a fast resolution and keep things moving forward.
Programme Review
We will keep you up to date with the progression of the project in relation to the programme and will ensure that you are informed of any changes to the build programme.
Payment Sign Off
Payments will be signed off by your CKA build co-ordinator to ensure that payments are fair, justified and in-line with the agreed build programme and signed off at project build completion.
